Your talent care team is made up of a group of Talent Advisors, Scheduling Coordinators and Training Admin. Your talent care team are your supervisors. Below is a list of your Talent Advisors, Scheduling Coordinators and Training Admin, as well as the languages they work with:

Talent Care Available Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm EST. 

If no one is reached by phone, you will be able to leave a voicemail. Voicemail messages will be returned within 24 business hours during the week and in the order they were received on Monday from over the weekend. Non-Urgent matters that you would like to discuss please email 33UL@kellyservices.com and we will schedule a call.

**Talent Care Team Phone Line Guidelines**

What this phone line should be used for:

-         Urgent escalations requiring immediate attention.

-         Combining back-to-back shifts same day.

-         Any reports of situations you do not feel comfortable sharing via email.


What this phone line should not be used for:

-         Reporting absences. When you are unable to work, please follow the proper steps such as requesting leave or offering your shifts. If you are offering shifts, please continue to email 33ul@kellyservices.com so that we have it in writing and state the reason for offering.

-         Requesting schedule changes. These should be sent to 33uL to have in writing.

-         Reporting technical issues causing absences.

-         Emails sent that have not reached the 48-hour response timeframe.



Please be sure to go through the proper steps with Talent Care teams before escalating to the Talent Care Manager. For non-urgent matters that you would like to discuss via phone, please email 33UL@kellyservices.com and we will schedule a call.
