Escalation Points of Contact

We ask that you follow our escalation process:

  1. Send an email to 33UL to your point of contact which can be found on the Kelly Portal labeled with your NAME, LANGUAGE, CRID, and Subject Matter. Your point of contact will respond.
  2. If the question or concern is not able to be resolved with your point of contact then please email 33UL NAME, LANGUAGE, CRID, and ATTN  Manager Karyn Schemmer Belenky with SUBJECT being Need Escalation. We will be in contact to discuss and try to find a mutually beneficial resolution.


*Please note that the Talent Care Teams will escalate things as needed so this step may not be necessary. If the situation needs to be sent to our Partner Teams within Kelly, we will be sure to provide updates from them as we receive them.
