ASL- American Sign Language

ADA- Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990

BUR- Burmese

FMLA- Family and Medical Leave Act

HMO- Hmong

INT- Interpreter

KAR- Karen

KHM- Khmer

LAO- Laotian

LEP- Limited English Proficiency, a person who is not fluent in English

LLS- Language Line Solutions

MAN- Mandarin

OSL- Other Spoken Languages, most times referred to as T3.

PAS- Pashto

RTA- Real Time Attendance

SOM- Somali

SPA- Spanish

TA- Talent Advisor, a supervisor. Member of your talent care team.

Talent Care Team- A team composed of talent advisors and schedule coordinators, supervisors to all interpreters.

TSR- Training Support Rep

T3- Tier 3 Languages, other times referred to as OSL.
